1) Where are the lessons located?
Lessons are available at two locations:
Dunkley School of Music 3410 N Eagle Road, Meridian Idaho 83646 (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday)
Monks & Music Academy 24 S Cole Road, Boise Idaho 83709 (Monday & Thursday)
2) What is the cost for lessons?
Lessons are a monthly tuition of $120 for weekly 30 minute lessons, $240 per month for 60 minute weekly lessons.
3) What is the contract length?
The lessons are month to month and do not require an annual or semi-annual contract.
Lessons are available year around including the summer months.
4) Any experience required?
No musical back ground required. I provide lessons for beginner through advanced. Minimum age is usually best at 5 years old.
5) What types of drums do you teach?
Every style of music and all styles of percussion including concert band, jazz band, marching band, drum corps, worship groups
and more. Past students include Idaho State Champions in Marching Snare, Marching Tenors, Drum Set, Lionel Hampton Jazz and
Gene Harris Jazz Festivals, as well as drum corps battery for the Columbians, Battalion, Kansas State University and more.
6) What times are available?

7) Are these group lessons or individual lessons?
All lessons are one on one and the established curriculum is designed to meet the needs of the individuals goals.
8) Do you need a drum set to start?
If wanting to learn to play the drum set, it certainly helps to have one to practice however, the techniques and basics transfer from
the practice pad to the set so one can start with a simple practice pad and pair sticks.
9) How do I know what type of drum set to get?
I can help you find the right instrument that meets your budget and is of the best quality.
